My free trial is running its course and I would like to subscribe. However on my Dashboard, when I click "View Subscription", then proceed by click "New Subscription", nothing happens.

@Tina I am posting this from my Galaxy S6. There's a problem with the chat and the whole platform in general. Some of the modals are out of bounds and you can't zoom in to make them fit the page or have them adjust to the screen size. I other words, not mobile friendly. Screenshot below.
